|Recommended: YesHave moved countless times and Modera takes first place — I moved in recently and was planning to post this across Yelp Google. Modera has impressed me all-around, and I'm so grateful to be living in such a beautiful, peaceful building in St. Pete.
- The leasing agents, Victoria and Regan, were both super helpful during the application process.
- A lot of thought went into designing this building. For ex, its concrete infrastructure making it quiet.
- Pool, gyms, roofdeck are very nice.
- Units are cheerful, plenty of natural light.
I can go on and on, I highly recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesAll I can say is WOW. Amazing staff and amazing place. Huge shoutout to Cailin, Victoria, Jeanette, Rochelle, and Reagan And also to the great maintenance staff We moved in about a month ago and had to change units last minute. The team made it as seamless and easy as possible. Since then living here has been amazing. The building is new, kept up nicely, and in a superb location, no complaints

|Recommended: YesI don't understand the negative reviews. This apartment is pretty nice. I've been here for 6 months and Love it. It's quiet, the amenities are nice, and the office always does events like pool pizza parties, or TV watch parties. I had an issue with my thermostat and my stove, both issues were dealt with the same day. The staff here is super friendly. The only negative comment I have is the lack of parking. One covered space for a two bedroom apartment and there's about 10 paid guest parking spots.
Thank you so much for your 5-star review. We truly appreciate your kind words. Parking is quite challenging in the downtown area. There are a couple of alternatives, like the city of St Petersburg parking or the Alternative lot across the street.

|Recommended: YesThis is a great place to live. The front office is always available when I need something. Don’t understand some of the negative reviews. Rochelle and Jeanette are always responsive and the amenities are amazing. I suggest you visit before making a decision.
|Recommended: NoThink about where your apt faces before signing a lease. — Be very mindful when choosing your apt. The 100 line literally gets no sun in the apt. I had no idea when signing the lease that the apt. would be so incredibly dark. Also, it seems like extremely poor planning that there is so little parking. Two bedroom apts are only allowed one parking space, and there is no room for parking for guests. Also, the extra fees add up to a couple hundred a month.
|Recommended: NoTerrible management leading to no supervision of the top floor. As a resident my daughter and I have to confront large drunken groups of men nightly if we want to sleep at all in our own overpriced apartment.
|Recommended: NoThis property is beautiful but absolutely no management response. My daughter and I live on the top floor where the pool room and terrace are. Large drunk crowds come from all over the building and outside of the building at all hours with no attempt to contain the drunken crowds. It is mayhem and incredibly unsafe. I pay some of the highest rent in the building and management could care less how unsafe my daughter and I feel in our home. If I could I never would have signed this lease
